Test Procedure for Cast Steel Globe Valve with Additional Back Pressure
The main function of globe valve is to regulate the flow of a valve in the pipeline system. Compared with other valves, it has less friction on the sealing surface during the opening and closing process, durable, simple structure, convenient maintenance and installation, so it has a very wide range of applications.

Forged steel globe valve includes valve body, valve cover and stem. The product valve cover is installed on the upper part of the valve body. The lower part of the product valve stem is placed in the valve body and is equipped with a valve ball at the lower end of the valve stem. The upper part of the valve stem passes through the valve cover and is equipped with a handwheel at the upper end of the valve stem. The lower end of the product stem is equipped with a valve ball fixing sleeve through threads. The diameter of the lower part of the product valve ball fixing sleeve is smaller than that of the valve ball. Diameter, product valve ball is placed in the inner cavity of the ball fixing sleeve. When the valve ball is damaged, the valve body and cover are separated first, and then the ball fixing sleeve on the stem can be removed to replace the valve ball conveniently without replacing the stem together, thus reducing unnecessary losses.
